Introduction
This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the provision of services (“Services”) related to self-defense and firearms training by Spartan Dynamics LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for any of our Services, you agree to this Policy in its entirety.
No Refunds
All payments made to Spartan Dynamics LLC are non-refundable. This includes the initial payment, recurring payments, deposits, and any other related payments for our Services.
Course Bookings
Once a course booking has been confirmed, no refunds will be granted, irrespective of the reason for cancellation. If you can’t attend a course for any reason, we suggest you find a replacement participant who can take your place. The replacement participant will need to agree to our terms and conditions, and we need to be notified in advance.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Courses
In the event that we have to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, we will provide you with the option of enrolling in a future course.
Course Non-Completion
In the event that a participant is unable to complete a course due to illness, personal issues, or any other reasons, no refunds will be provided.
No Shows
Participants who fail to show up for a course without providing prior notice will not be entitled to a refund.
Agreement
By making a payment to Spartan Dynamics LLC, you understand and agree that all payments are non-refundable and that you are obligated to complete the payment, even if you do not complete the course.
This No Refund Policy is subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to review the Policy periodically to become aware of any modifications.
