Pistol Mastery: Red Dot Focus

Course Overview
Pistol Mastery is a meticulously structured course designed for individuals aiming to achieve a high level of proficiency in pistol handling and tactics. Each month focuses on a unique aspect of pistol usage. The course covers a range of scenarios and includes movement, malfunctions and reloads, low light practice/concepts, and multiple targets/threat triage in every topic.
Monthly Topics:
January: Speed & Precision – Hone your ability to shoot quickly and accurately.
February: One-Handed – Master shooting with a single hand, both dominant and non-dominant.
March: Entangled – Learn to operate a pistol in close-quarters situations.
April: Compressed – Focus on shooting in confined spaces.
May: Movement In/Around Buildings – Train for dynamic shooting while navigating buildings.
June: Unorthodox Positions – Practice shooting from unconventional positions.
July: Speed & Precision – A deeper exploration into combining speed with accuracy.
August: One-Handed – Advanced techniques in one-handed shooting.
September: Entangled – Enhanced skills for close-quarters engagements.
October: Compressed – Advanced tactics in confined space shooting.
November: Movement In/Around Buildings – Complex building navigation and shooting scenarios.
December: Unorthodox Positions – Mastering shooting from rare and challenging positions.

Course Requirements
• Must be 18* or older (Conditions apply for students under 21. Call 574.299.8000 or email johnpemberton@kodiakrange.com for details).
• Pistol: Semi-Automatic or Revolver
• 50rds of Ammunition
• One Good Quality Strong Side Outside the Waistband (OWB) Holster or strong side concealed carry holster (IWB) ~ Holster must allow 1 hand reholstering, no cross-draw or shoulder rigs
• 3 Double Stacked Magazine (6 for Single Stacked Magazines) or 6 Speed Loaders (Limited Loaners available)
• Ear and Eye Protection (Loaners Available)
• Cover Garment to Conceal Pistol and Holster
• Handheld Flashlight
• Red Dot Optic
