In this lab session, students delve into the exploration of vehicular environments in a confined space. The aim is to impart effective skills and knowledge, enabling students to navigate and control various self-defense scenarios within the constrained confines of a vehicle.

This lab combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications, focusing on both defensive and offensive strategies. Students will engage in positions of disadvantages, learning the principles and practices required to maneuver into positions of advantage. The ultimate objective is to equip students with the ability to disengage safely or to gain access to personal safety devices, such as knives, guns, etc., when and if the situation demands.
