We offer a BASIC HANDGUN COURSE for FREE. Courses only take 15 minutes. After the course we will go out on the range with you and stay as long as you want us to. If you always wanted to learn how to shoot a handgun here is your chance, Our goal is to open up the world of shooting to everyone by eliminating all the FEAR and INTIMIDATION of shooting a handgun for the first time. Great for those people who: Have a gun but never learned how to use it. Where thinking about buying a gun but didn’t know where to go and learn how to use it. Have never been to a range and are afraid of doing something wrong or afraid of having a gun shoved into your hand and sent out on the range by yourself. We promise to take All the fear and intimidation out of going to the range for the first time! If you have a gun (not required as we have rentals available) we will show you how to break you gun down, clean it and put it back together. We will give you a basic gun safety overview and a gun range etiquette overview. We will go out on the range and stay with you until you are comfortable. If you need us the whole time we would be happy to stay and give you tips and instruction for as long as you need. *FREE BASIC HANDGUN COURSE does NOT include range time or frangible ammunition. We will go as slow or fast as you need. Usually only takes 15 minutes or so. |

Indiana's Premier Indoor Shooting and Training Facility, Kodiak has three ranges using static steel targets, knockdown auto reset steel targets and mechanical moving steel targets. Type of Ammunition: ONLY LEAD FREE FRANGIBLE AMMUNITION IS ALLOWED ON THIS RANGE. USE OF ANY OTHER TYPE OF AMMUNITION WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BAN FROM ALL KODIAK FACILITIES.
